Connected Belonging is a relational and identity building and affirming approach to enhancing wellbeing support in schools. Growing out of a six-year programme of research, and informed by the views of young people, the approach offers a set of principles to shape wellbeing strategy in schools.

Ongoing collaboration with Mental Health in Schools Teams, Educators and Local Authority staff shaped a set of tools for schools. These include an audit tool, implementation planner, activity ideas and online survey.
